You know what I am talking about. I am quite sure that if the boys and girls of the RFA were told where they were going wrong they would sort it out.
But, if nobody puts names and citations forward there is no chance of recognition and who is supposed to do that and are they doing it and if not WHY?
Also who approves RFA Honours? I have submitted 5 over the years, 4 whilst in the service and 1 since I retired, all were rejected.
