ctbIt is with so much sadness that I report that First Officer (SE) John Flage RFA(Retd). (Member number 0270) crossed the bar on Monday 15th Jun 2020 aged 80. John's Funeral service will be held at St Tudy's Church (HERE for their website and HERE for a map) on Monday 29th June 2020 at 11:00. prior to interment in the Church Cemetery. Due to the Covid19 restrictions Colleagues and old shipmates will be most welcome to join the family in the churchyard for the burial and afterwards for refreshments.

The funeral arrangements are being made by R.J. Bray of Wadebridge. (HERE for their website and HERE for a map).

Family flowers only please but donations in lieu, if desired, and in Johns name should be made to the Mount Edgecombe Hospice (HERE for their website and HERE for a map)

John's wife Joan predeceased him some years ago. On behalf of the RFA Association I offer our sincere condolences to his children Richard and Helen and his 6 grandchildren.

If you have any remembrances of John please email it to me at captain.pat@rfa-association.org.uk and I will post them on this page. Alternatively you can post to our facebook page "RFA Crossed the Bar". I am also looking for photographs of John for this piece and the RFA Association Gallery and Archive, if you have one please email it to me.
